Your missions

  • Coordinate food preparation with the kitchen team
  • Assist the head chef in developing menus
  • Supervise food preparation and cooking
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of the dishes served
  • Control food stocks and supply orders
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Ensure continuity of service in the absence of the head chef

  • You are self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
  • You are organized and disciplined.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Know health and safety rules.
  • A keen sense of observation.
  • Cap cuisine mandatory
